The practice makes every effort to provide a high level of care at all times. If you are unhappy with the provision of service received, please write to the Practice Manager who will investigate the matter and contact you with a response.
You can also contact the Patient Advice & Liaison Service (PALS) manager who can help you with any queries or questions you may have about local NHS services or the healthcare you have received. The service is for everyone including patients, their families, carers and the general public. It is a confidential service and advice is completely impartial.
